To secure quotes for and supervise the contract for neighborhood
maintenance; monitor common areas for needed maintenance, repair
and safety issues; and organize clean up as needed.

Blackberry Spraying: The HOA has hired Total Landscape to spray and remove most of the blackberries in the neighborhood. The blackberries are a weed that needs to be under control now as they could potentially take over the entire sensitive area. They City of Kenmore and Harbor Homes have both been contacted and are aware of the spraying. Total Landscape is licensed to do this particular type of spraying in sensitive areas with approved chemicals. The plant should die before fruit appears however, if berries do appear please do not pick and eat them. The workers are currently in the middle sensitive area (next to the tot lot) between 82nd and 83rd Street today spraying and plan to also spray the sensitive area between lots 7 and 8.
