4. ID process for notification of problems (Frank) – In writing/E-mail or mail to HOA POB/clear violation of CCNR/Follow up on suggestions made in the August meeting - CCNR violations vs. violations of the law – provide examples (Stan)/Review examples for posting to website
    a. A homeowner has several options regarding how to deal with any violations of the law or CCNR’s.
        i. Option 1 – take the opportunity to meet your neighbor and explain the issue you have with them and give them the
        opportunity to correct the problem.
        ii. Option 2 – call the board to report the violation of the CCNR
            1. Examples of some CCNR violations – Garbage cans left out; yard out of compliance, weeds, grass not cut, etc.;
            cars parked on the lawn, house color, changes to the architecture of your house or landscaping; See CCNR’s for
            other violations.
            2. It should be noted that some CCNR’s are also violations of the law. These may be handled by any of the listed
            options.
            3. Option 3 – call 911 to report a violation of the law
    b. Examples of some violations of the law that are also covered under our CCNR’s include – Noise, parking, and aggressive
    animals (King County animal control).
        i. It should be noted that some violations of the law are also CCNR violations. These may be handled by any of the
        listed options.
    c. Speeding is not covered under the CCNR’s and can be dealt with via option 1 or 3.
