Minutes

January 11, 2007

Call to Order:  The regular meeting of the Bridlepath Homeowners Association was called to order by HOA President Chris Koehler at 6:30 pm.

Board of Directors Present: Chris Koehler, President; Bonnie Pearce, VP/Secretary and Laurie Husbands, Treasurer, Stan Peterman and Valerie Rose. 

The minutes were approved from 12/13/06 as submitted.

Correspondence given to treasurer.

ACC – no update.

Grounds and Maintenance Committee – TLC can replace split rail fence as necessary.

Social – no update.

Improvement Committee – no update.

Safety/Block Watch – no update.

The Board discussed annual meeting reminders.  Val will do the door drops and Stan will finish contacting those on list for annual dues not paid. 

Discussed whose seat we would turn over so there will be 2 seats every odd year and 3 seats every even year.  The seats Chris and Bonnie hold will turn over this year and Laurie, Val and Stan’s seats will turn over next year.  They will all be two year seats on the board and the officer positions are one year seats.

Discussed budget for 2007 line by line and made changes.

Nominations so far for the empty seats are: Tim Albanese and Bonnie Pearce.

• Motion approved for Laurie to spend up to $100 on reimbursement for a black and color ink cartridge and envelopes and paper for the new board.

• Motion approved for Bonnie to be reimbursed $6.40 for the 12 boxes of lights ($.49/box) for annual meeting.  Sally will give to the 4 home owners who were nominated for the holiday decoration contest to recognize participation. 

Adjournment – President Koehler adjourned the board meeting at 9:05 pm.
