Minutes

December 13, 2006

Call to Order:  The regular meeting of the Bridlepath Homeowners Association was called to order by HOA President Chris Koehler at 6:45 pm.

Board of Directors Present: Chris Koehler, President; Bonnie Pearce, VP/Secretary and Laurie Husbands, Treasurer, Stan Peterman and Valerie Rose. 

Committee member present: Stan Seo - Safety/Block Watch

The minutes were approved from 11/8/06 as submitted.

The board discussed the insurance policy and D& O policy. 

ACC – no update.

Grounds and Maintenance Committee – Discussed clean up in the neighborhood.  Discussed information obtained by Stan from the City of Kenmore.  City will get back with us after talking to PSE regarding more lights down by 80^th and 198^th.  Discussed bonds – Stan talked with Emily at the city and will f/u to get more information.

Social – no update.

Improvement Committee – no update.

Safety/Block Watch – Committee will have manuals to distribute at annual meeting.  Stan Seo said that the block watch meeting had been rescheduled at his home for January 25 at 7 pm.  Kenmore policy will be there.

The Board discussed annual meeting and information to be included on agenda.  Discussed expenses for the annual meeting and reservations made at Country Inn and Suites in Bothell for January 17^th - 6:30-9:00 pm.  Board agreed on a menu and a deposit check was given to Bonnie in the amount of $150.00 to take to Country Inn and Suites.

Discussed Harbour Homes punch list for neighborhood including removing blackberries.

Adjournment – President Koehler adjourned the board meeting at 9:12 pm.
