Minutes

October 11, 2006

Call to Order: The regular meeting of the Bridlepath Homeowners Association was called to order by HOA President Chris Koehler at 6:41 pm.

Board of Directors Present: Chris Koehler, President; Bonnie Pearce, VP/Secretary and Laurie Husbands, Treasurer, and Valerie Rose.

The minutes were approved from 9/20/06 as submitted.

Russ Foisey from Rush Drake Insurance Company came to discuss liability insurance with currently have and suggests that we add an additional non-owed auto coverage for those who drive on HOA business. He will search out coverage for Board & Directors coverage and get back to us with some quotes.

ACC – no update.

Grounds and Maintenance Committee – Discussed Arbor Vitae removal and replacement.

• Motion passed to negotiate with TLC to go no higher than $45/tree and get some information on ground preparation.

Social Committee -  members present – Sally Hallen. Sally discussed holiday home decorating. Prizes awarded to two homes. Motioned pass unanimously to give Social committee $150 to buy gift certificates for prizes.

• Motion passed to spend $100 on Halloween night goodies pre-pizza discussion.

Discussed Annual meeting. Annual meeting – Sally will handle hospitality and location.

Improvement Committee – Sports court signs will be hung 10/13. Discussed adding pickle ball information to the web site. Discussed sports court and who is approved to use.

• Motion passed unanimously for residents having to accompany their guests at any recreation area.

Safety/Block Watch – Committee will have manuals to distribute at annual meeting.

Adjournment – President Koehler adjourned the board meeting at 9:09 pm.
