Minutes

August 9, 2006

Call to Order: The regular meeting of the Bridlepath Homeowners Association was called to order by HOA President Chris Koehler at 6:41 pm.

Board of Directors Present: Chris Koehler, President; Bonnie Pearce, VP/Secretary and Laurie Husbands, Treasurer, Stan Peterman and Valerie Rose.

Committee members present – none.

The minutes were approved from 7/12/06 as submitted.

ACC – Reviewed brochure by ACC. Laurie will mail to entire neighborhood.

Social – no update.

Improvement Committee – Motion before committee for a comprehensive plan drawn up before buying anything. I.e. Gazebo, grills, etc. Unanimous – agree to wait.

• Motion – draw pickle ball court lines. Unanimous – agree.

Val will look into no trespassing signs for sports court. No action taking on a soliciting sign. Motion passed to extend fence between tot lot and sensitive area at Harbour Homes expense. Discussed gate for sports court and improvements to tot lot.

Safety/Block Watch – Val explained safety binders being put together for all neighbors and how the committee will hand out.

Grounds and Maintenance Committee – Stan will find out chemicals used by Total Landscape so we can note in web site.

Discussed putting updated information from committees on website.

Adjournment – President Koehler adjourned the board meeting at 9:03 pm.
