Minutes
June 7, 2006
Call to Order: The regular meeting of the Bridlepath Homeowners Association was called to order by HOA President Chris Koehler at 6:36 pm.
Board of Directors Present: Chris Koehler, President; Bonnie Pearce, VP/Secretary and Laurie Husbands, Treasurer. Committee members present – Lisa Cobb and Greg McKay of Improvements and Harvey Moul of Grounds and Maintenance.
Approved minutes from meeting on 5/3/06 as submitted.
Improvement Committee - discussed research for fence/gate in sports court as well as gazebo, bbqs and large toy for kids over 5 years old.
Motion made for gazebo which was seconded for discussion. Motion passed to buy gazebo unanimously – 3 votes for. Approved for $3,490 w/o shipping.
Motion made for 3 bbqs which was seconded for discussion. Motion passed to buy 3 bbqs.
Grounds and Maintenance Committee - discussed research for grounds keeper and quotes from additional companies. Discussed sensitive area and what the HOA can and can not do.
Block Watch and Social – no update.
ACC - The Board appointed the following 3 members to be the ACC: Phil Greany, James Lupori and Lisa Fraser.
Board approved Lisa Cobb to take branch down and throw into sensitive area. This was also approved by Angelo at the City of Kenmore.
Reviewed and discussed old news which included reviewing CCRs for fine process. The board will make an attempt to let the person know they are in violation. If complaints received from 3 different people, an attempt will be made to let the person know they are out of compliance. Graduated fines will increase by $100 for each offense.
Discussed fence on lot 45/46 – request denied to go to front of house.
Discussed parking on street for more than 24 hours and sex offender in area information.
Discussed drainage issue and read email from drainage committee.
Adjournment – President Koehler adjourned the board meeting at 8:00 pm.
