Minutes

April 4, 2006

Call to Order: The regular meeting of the Bridlepath Homeowners Association was called to order by HOA President Chris Koehler at 7:34 pm.

Board of Directors Present: Chris Koehler, President; Bonnie Pearce, VP/Secretary and Laurie Husbands, Treasurer.

Reviewed and discussed old news that included homeowners’ dues 2006 and 2007 assessments. They were approved as submitted.

Discussed setting up fines for HOA – will put it to a vote at the next special meeting in May. Sixteen people need to be present at the meeting and 9 votes to pass.

The Board agreed to recommend a fee structure as noted.

Discussed easement – waiting for response from builder asking for easement.

Treasurer’s report reviewed.

Discussed setting up committees.

Discussed entry lights and the Board motioned to buy lights at Costco.com for entrance sign. $150.00 approved to purchase.

• Motion passed approving Laurie as person responsible to approve web site content.

• Motion passed for Laurie to buy stamps for neighborhood letters to be sent out.

Adjournment – President Koehler adjourned the board meeting at 10:02 pm.
