Special Meeting of the Board of Directors

Minutes

March 15, 2006

Call to Order: The special meeting of the Bridlepath Board of Directors was called to order by HOA President Chris Koehler at 6:38 pm.

Board of Directors Present: Chris Koehler, President; Bonnie Pearce, VP/Secretary and Laurie Husbands, Treasurer.

Introductions: Board of Directors introduced themselves to the neighbors.

Discussed problems encountered by neighbors and how they have dealt with them.

Resource names and numbers were shared among those present. A group of neighbors with drainage issues will be headed up by Soosan Ladha and Anna Johnson to make sure all having issues share their resources among each other.

Homeowners asked that we have a monthly special meeting to discuss issues. Next meeting date TBA.

Adjournment – President Koehler adjourned the board meeting at 8:13 pm.
