Minutes

March 1, 2006

Call to Order: The regular meeting of the Bridlepath Homeowners Association was called to order by HOA President Chris Koehler at 6:33 pm.

Board of Directors Present: Chris Koehler, President; Bonnie Pearce, VP/Secretary and Laurie Husbands, Treasurer.

Approved minutes of meeting on 2/20/06 with changes noted to correct spelling of Koehler.

Reviewed and discussed old news:

Homeowners dues - Laurie provided dues schedule of all Homeowners. Dues will be prorated in 2006 to go towards 2007 dues owed. Any overpayment will be prorated toward next year.

Website - Laurie will email Ann Marie numbers/names to add to web site.

Board discussed distributing fliers with useful information i.e. Lease law - throughout neighborhood as well as notice of Special Board Meeting.

Members decided to hold the monthly board meetings in our own homes on a rotating schedule.

New business:

Chris will draft letter to Justin regarding fixing the tennis court, sidewalk, broken/missing rails, and to move the truck in front of sensitive area by lot 7.

Budget was approved for 2006.
