Dogs Off Leash:

There have been complaints about dogs off leash in the neighborhood. If you are a dog owner, please remember to keep your dog on a leash whenever they are not on your property. The declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions strictly prohibits dogs off leash (section 6.1,  page 15), as does the City of Kenmore. Sensitive Area:

The undeveloped area in the middle of the neighborhood, along 83rd and 82nd is zoned as a sensitive area. No one and no pets are allowed in this area without the express permission of the City of Kenmore. This means no removing of any debris, garbage, or plant material. If you believe something should be removed, please contact us and we will ask the city to do so. Please remember that this is a protected area for both native animals and vegetation, and that it is easy to destroy native vegetation accidentally when attempting to remove garbage.
