A Bridlepath homeowner has several options regarding how to deal with any violations of the law or CC&R’s. If you do not have a copy of the CC&R's, view a copy here.
Option 1 – Take the opportunity to meet your neighbor and explain the issue you have with them and give the neighbor the opportunity to correct the problem.
Option 2 – Contact the board to report the issue using this site.
- Examples of some CC&R violations – Garbage cans left out, yard out of compliance, excessive weeds, grass not cut, cars parked on the lawn, house color, changes to the architecture of the house or landscaping. See CC&R’s for other violations.
- It should be noted that some CC&R’s are also violations of the law. These may be handled by any of the listed options.
Option 3 – Call 911 to report a violation of the law.
- Examples of some violations of the law that are also covered under our CC&R’s include – noise, parking, and aggressive animals (King County Animal Control).
- It should be noted that some violations of the law are also CC&R violations. These may be handled by any of the listed options. Speeding is not covered under the CC&R’s and can be dealt with via option 1 or 3.
